Just in time for the upcoming annual Trans Day of Remembrance, I came across these behind the Cardigan st. apartments. Unfamiliar with trans issues? educate yourself!
If you think stuff like this is important (which you should), you should probably also come to the mock funeral that’s happening for the Women’s Studies program at the cannon on the University of Guelph campus today (friday nov 13). Starts at noon! We need to keep programs like this one that deal with oppression!
This is the kind of thing I wouldn’t expect to see outside of Guelph…another reason why I love it here.

there are stencils like that all over berlin! they even have real pink fuzzy bunnies that accompany them.
